The modern workplace is introducing height adjustable desks to combat our sedentary office lifestyle, and improve our general health and well-being. Recent studies by Monash University and the University of Western Australia have proven that sitting for long periods of time can be detrimental to our overall long-term and short-term health, and can negatively impact our work performance.
